Lazy? Not at all.

Some children and adults with Rett Syndrome can be reluctant to attend or participate at times. Depending on the age of the person and the skills they’ve retained/achieved, there is a significant variety of reasons for when and why this occurs, some already well understood. To some, at other times, it can also appear that laziness is sometimes the culprit. Just about anyone can have a lazy day but this essay explains what is being experienced and why it isn’t laziness.
