Symmetrical Development Rett Syndrome – Sunday 7th May 2023

Unfortunately, I’m not up to date on current research in Rett Syndrome and in case this issue hasn’t previously been observed I thought I would mention it, as I doubt that it is present in just myself alone.
My left arm is the weaker of the pair, my astigmatism is left eye. Quirky toe is left foot etc. And I believe that physical development delay affecting one side more than the other in this way could contribute to the scoliosis. In severe scoliosis possibly the body has had growth significantly delayed causing small stature but possibly the spine isn’t, thus the spine grows to its full development and this may result in the more debilitating scoliosis seen for some. It’s such a terrible, terrible thing and just felt it may be worth mentioning.
